3D Printing Group Project #2
Gears, Gears, Gears!
Objective: TSWBAT work cooperatively in a team using 3D slicing software and the 3D printer to print a working gear assembly.
Steps:
1. Find a project that has gears on Thingiverse for your group to print.
Examples:
Gear Bearing - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53451
Screwless Heart Gear - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12208
Elliptical Gear - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1082508
2. After your group decides on your project, fill out this form on the AT Share Point.
3. Download your file and open it in FlashPrint. Make any necessary changes. Determine your print settings, and slice your file. Save the g code to the AT Share Point.
4. Printing will begin next week.
Printing Calendar:
*after your group has all of your 3D files sliced & saved into g codes.
